Hello Omar,

NTT had a fatal network problem on the 469D controller.
Here$B!G(Js what they found.(J
1.	The test operator tried to run the function generator as
displacement control for warm up the actuators.
2.	Suddenly, the test operator received an error message as show
below. Then 3 HPSs downed at the same time.
SYSError Message [sysclnput le 7381 3588] does not understand $B!H(JValue$B!I(J

When the test operator received this message, he has never touched
keyboard on the 469D. This happening occurred at 11:30 AM.

3.	After the test operator received an error message, the test
operator tried to open the STEX group, he did not find icons on the STEX
display.
4.	NTT has nothing to do on the system.
5.	When I went to the NTT site, I could not find icons on the STEX
display either. There are No icons on the display. I could use the mouse
on the display. But the mouse button did not work.(Right and Left side)
6.	I tried to type ctrl and alt and delete on the keyboard. The
STEX computer did not go to shutdown.
7.	I tried to open the network on the 469D display. I did not find
the icons for the STEX computer.
8.	I turned on the power on the STEX computer.
9.	The STEX computer booted automatically. After log in the STEX
computer(user name: stex, password: stex), I received a message as shown
below,
Service control message: At least one service or driver failed during
system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details.

I have enclosed printout for Event Viewer and 469D message log. Can you
find the wrong message on the enclosures?

I have never seen this problem before. Have you ever seen this problem
before?
Mr. Okuta worried about this problem if the system is running with the
specimen. If the cause of the problem is the software bug on the 469D,
Mr. Okuta would like to fix this problem on the Mid of August. (same as
the Modification table wing) Can you do that?
Best Regards,
Yuji Saito. <<Event Viewer on STEX computer.txt>> <<Message Log.doc>>
